Questions
How long do I earn?
For as long as the agency you referred stays subscribed. There is no end date. If they cancel, the commission stops with their payments.
Which payments count?
Only the agency's 9x12 CRM subscription: Pro or Pro Plus, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan pays you 20% of the yearly payment each year it renews. Commission isn't paid on anything else, including client websites, booking software, bio profiles, NFC cards, design templates and print. Agencies on the free plan earn you nothing until they subscribe.
How is a referral tracked?
Your link is remembered in the visitor's browser. They need to sign up in that same browser, on the same device, as a new agency. It's credited when they first log in, and you'll see them on your Referrals page.
When can I withdraw?
Any time your balance reaches $10. You request it from your Referrals page and we review and pay each request by hand.
Can I refer my own agency?
No. Your own account can't use your link.
Do I have to tell my audience it's a paid link?
Yes. If you earn from a link, say so clearly wherever you share it. Keep claims about what people will earn honest too: running an agency takes work, and we don't promise anyone a result.
Is the calculator a promise?
No. It's an example based on the numbers you enter. What you earn depends on how many agencies subscribe and how long they stay.
