Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your dashboard settings. If you upgrade, the new features are available immediately.
What is founding agency pricing?
Agencies that subscribe during our founding period keep the price they signed up at — $59/mo for Pro or $89/mo for Pro Plus — for as long as their subscription stays active. When list prices go up for new agencies, yours doesn't.
How do I run more than one town?
Pro Plus includes 5 live custom domains. Point each one at its own landing page — cookevillelocalads.com opens your Cookeville page showing only Cookeville campaigns, clarksvillelocalads.com opens the Clarksville page, and so on. Duplicate a page, pick that town's campaigns, and attach the domain. Need more than 5? Extra domains are $10/mo each.
How does the white-label portal work?
On the Pro plan, you can map your custom domain (e.g., portal.youragency.com) and toggle off the small "Powered by 9x12" credit at the bottom of your public site for a fully white-labeled experience. Trial sites always show the credit.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you nearly 17% (the equivalent of 2 months free) on every paid tier.
What counts as a live campaign?
A campaign that's published as a preview or open for bookings. Drafts and campaigns that have already mailed don't count, so you can plan ahead and keep your history.
What happens if I use all my leads for the month?
Your allowance starts over on the 1st of each month. Leads you found for past campaigns are free to reuse anytime and don't count toward the limit.
Do my advertisers need Canva?
Only if they choose to edit a template themselves — that needs a Canva Pro account. They can also ask you to edit it, or upload finished artwork.
What kind of support is included?
Every plan includes email support from the people who build the product. Pro and Pro Plus get priority replies.
Do you take a cut of what I sell?
No. Advertisers, design buyers and print customers pay into your own Stripe account, and we charge no platform fee on any of it. The only thing you pay us for is the designs you resell from our catalogue, at the wholesale price shown before you list them — you keep everything above it.
What do online booking and hosted websites cost?
They're monthly products you resell to local businesses. You pay $9 a month for each business on online booking and $15 for each hosted website, or $19 for a business that has both. Paused clients and drafts cost nothing, and you charge your clients whatever you like. Bio profiles and review card pages are $1 a month each (free with a hosted website), and NFC card codes are free.
What can I sell besides ad spots?
Solo mailers, where one business takes a whole postcard. Ready-made door hangers, postcards, flyers and review cards from our catalogue, priced by you. Hosted websites and booking software, billed monthly.
