One mailing, start to finish

Here's a mailing, week by week.

What you do, what your advertisers do, and what the software handles along the way — from the day you pick a town to the day advertisers book your next card.

  1. 1Day 1

    Set up the campaign

Search your town, pick the homes you'll reach, choose the card and a spot price. Setup suggests a Wednesday mail date at least six weeks out and plans the booking, artwork and print deadlines back from it.

  2. 2Week 1

Check the numbers and publish a preview

Add your postage and printing costs to see break-even and profit if the card sells out. Publish the sales page as a preview so you can start talking to businesses before bookings open.

  3. 3Weeks 1–4

    Reach out to local businesses

Find the best local businesses in each category near your area, email them from your own address with a template or an AI first draft, and keep track of who's interested.

  4. 4Until booking closes

    Advertisers book and pay

Open sales once payments are connected. Businesses pick a spot on the sales page and pay through your Stripe or PayPal before it's theirs. You see the card fill up and who still owes you.

  5. 5By the artwork deadline

    Collect and approve every ad

Each advertiser uses their ad workspace to send details and an offer, then uploads artwork or picks templates for you or them to edit. Talk it through on WhatsApp, approve the final file, and it's ready for print.

  6. 6Mail date and after

Print, mail and show the results

Send the finished card to your printer and drop it at the post office. Once it lands, scans and offer redemptions come in, advertisers get their report, and automatic emails invite them onto your next card.

Built to keep a busy season calm

Sold cards stay put

Once a spot sells, the routes and card layout lock, so nothing shifts under a paying advertiser.

Deadlines plan themselves

Booking close, artwork due and print dates are counted back from your mail date.

Your money, your account

Advertisers pay your own Stripe or PayPal, and we don't take a cut of what they pay you.

Room to grow

Pro runs 3 live campaigns at a time; Pro Plus runs 15 across 5 towns. Drafts and past mailings never count.
