Plan
Plan a mailing you can stand behind
Know where the card goes, what it looks like and what it earns before you sell a spot.
Guided campaign setup
Area, homes, card and schedule in four steps. Mail dates are suggested on Wednesdays, and sales, artwork and print deadlines are planned back from the mail date.
Route map
Tap ZIP codes and USPS carrier routes on a map, reach a home count, put wealthier streets first and skip routes you mailed recently. Outside the US, mark your area and enter the homes it reaches.
Card planner
Five card sizes, horizontal or vertical, printed on one or both sides. Place the mail banner at the top, middle or bottom and merge squares into bigger spots.
Economics
Postage, printing and other costs give you break-even, cost per home and profit if every spot sells — plus suggested prices for the margin you want.
Recurring mailings
Mail the same area every month? Set it up once as a series and each mailing becomes its own campaign.
Find advertisers
Find advertisers without cold-Googling
A list of local businesses worth calling, and the emails to start the conversation.
Local business leads
Our algorithm finds the best 5 businesses in each category near your area — up to 50 at a time — and skips anyone already on your card.
Outreach emails
Send from your own address with templates for first contact and follow-ups. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and businesses that opt out are never emailed again.
AI first drafts
Get a personal first draft for each business, then edit it before it goes out. Pro includes 200 a month.
Lead tracking
New, contacted, interested, booked — with the next step for each business. Leads from past campaigns are free to reuse.
Sell
Sell spots on a page that does the asking
Share one link. Advertisers see the card, pick a spot and pay before it's theirs.
Sales page for every campaign
The live card, homes reached, delivery area and a countdown to the booking deadline. Publish a preview first, then open sales when you're ready.
Pay-first checkout
Advertisers pay through your own Stripe or PayPal. The spot is held for 15 minutes while they check out, and the money goes straight to you.
One business per category
On by default, so a plumber never shares a card with another plumber. The same business can still buy more than one spot.
Solo mailers
Sell a whole postcard to one business. A page on your site takes the request, and the quote is worked out from your real print and postage costs, so you know the profit before you answer.
Your shop
Sell design work, extra printing or anything else from your own site, paid online through your Stripe or PayPal.
Waitlist
When a card sells out, interested businesses can join the waitlist for the next opening.
Subscriptions & discounts
Offer tiers like 3 campaigns for 10% off. The discount applies at checkout, and subscribers hear when your next campaign opens.
Artwork
Get every ad print-ready
One place per advertiser for details, designs and approval — and a phone for the rest.
Ad workspace
A private link for each advertiser — no password — with their details, offer, artwork, messages, payments and results.
Templates, their way
Advertisers pick up to 2 designs from the library. They edit in Canva themselves (Canva Pro needed) or ask you to edit them.
Proofs & approval
Either side uploads a version and the other approves it or asks for changes. Every version is kept.
WhatsApp, Telegram or notes
Add your chat apps so details get sorted by phone. Notes are there too, and every note is emailed to the other side.
Friendly reminders
Advertisers who still owe details or artwork get a reminder with their workspace link, so you don't have to nag.
After it mails
Show advertisers what they got
Proof that the card worked is what brings advertisers back.
A QR code for every spot
Each ad has its own code. Scans are counted and land on that advertiser's offer page on your site.
Offers directory
Approved ads and offers are listed on your website automatically, with redemptions counted.
Campaign reports
Send advertisers the homes reached, their scans and the campaign timeline.
Reviews
Ask for a review after the card mails and show the best ones on your website.
Automatic emails
Booking confirmations, deadline nudges and rebooking invites that send themselves, with each advertiser's own links filled in.
