What your client gets

Reviews, without chasing customers

Local customers pick a business by its Google stars. This asks every customer at the right moment, in one tap.

Rate in one tap

A simple page with the business's name and five stars. No sign-in, nothing to download.

Straight to Google

Happy customers get a big button to the business's Google review form.

A private note to the owner

Customers with a problem can tell the owner first, and the Google link is always still there.

A text after every job

Send invitations from the business's own number, by hand, from a list, or after each booking.

Tap cards and counter stands

An NFC review stand by the till or a card handed over with the receipt.

See what works

Invitations sent and opened, ratings, Google clicks and private notes for every business.

What you get

The product that proves your worth every month

Owners watch their star count. When it climbs, they keep paying, and they listen when you suggest a postcard spot or a website.

  • A ready-made review page for every business, under your brand
  • Text invitations through the business's own Telnyx number: consent, quiet hours, opt-outs and a 30-day limit built in
  • Automatic invitations after appointments for businesses on online booking
  • Opened, rated, Google and private-note counts to show the owner each month
  • You set the price; we charge $1 a month per live review page
  • Sell NFC review cards and stands with it at your own price

What a customer sees

"Thanks for visiting Main Street Barbers! How did we do? Reply STOP to opt out."

4 or 5 stars

A big Review us on Google button opens their Google review form.

1 to 3 stars

A private note to the owner, and the Google link stays on the page.

Every customer can always post on Google. Google's review policy and the FTC's 2024 rule forbid hiding the review option from unhappy customers, so we never do.

How it works

From yes to live in an afternoon

  1. 1

    Look them up

Check their Google stars and review count. Most local businesses have far fewer than they deserve.

  2. 2

    Set it up

Add the review page with their name, photo and Google review link. Connect their Telnyx number for texts.

  3. 3

    Put it everywhere

A stand on the counter, cards with receipts and a text after every job.

  4. 4

    Report monthly

Show the owner the numbers and the new reviews, and bill the next month.

Questions agencies ask

Is this review gating?

No. Every customer rates the visit, and the Google link stays on the page whatever they choose. Happy customers get a big Review us on Google button; unhappy ones can also send the owner a private note. Google's review policy and the FTC's 2024 rule on reviews forbid keeping unhappy customers away from Google, so we never do.

Where do the text messages come from?

From the business's own number, through its own Telnyx account (paste the API key in the CRM and send a test). Customers must have agreed to hear from the business, each number gets at most one invitation every 30 days, texts only go out between 9am and 8pm local time, and every text says Reply STOP.

Does it need online booking?

No. Send invitations one by one or paste a list of customers. If the business takes bookings through 9x12, invitations can go out automatically after each appointment.

Where do I find the Google review link?

In the business's Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews and copy the link. Paste it into the review page once.

Can I write reviews or offer something for them?

No. Reviews must come from real customers, in their own words, and Google forbids paying or rewarding people for them. This tool only makes asking easy; it never posts or edits a review.

What does it cost me?

$1 a month for each live review page, from your prepaid balance, and nothing for the codes on review cards and stands. Text messages are billed by Telnyx to the business's own account. You set your price.
